How much does it cost to rent a property in Jumeirah?
We have 1 space for rent in Jumeirah right now, at AED 1,600,000 a year. Commercial rent also carries 5% VAT, and you should budget for the security deposit, the agency fee and Ejari registration.
Can a property in Jumeirah be used for any activity?
It depends on the unit’s approved activity and on the landlord. Every listing states its approved use — tell us yours and we will only send units where it is allowed.
Do I need Ejari for a warehouse lease in Jumeirah?
Yes. In Dubai, a lease for business use has to be registered on Ejari. You need the Ejari number to connect DEWA and to licence the premises with the Department of Economy and Tourism, and an unregistered lease cannot be heard in a rent dispute.
Can foreigners buy property in Jumeirah?
