1. Using this website

You are welcome to browse, save and share our listings and guides while you look for commercial property. Please do not copy listings, photos or other content in bulk, scrape or overload the website, or use it for anything unlawful.

2. Listings and information

Listings, sizes, prices and specifications come from owners and landlords, and from our own checks. They can change, and a unit can be let or sold at any time. We work to keep them accurate and current, but a listing is not an offer or a contract: please confirm the details with us, and in the official documents, before you commit.

Our guides and cost estimates are general information, not legal, tax or financial advice. Each rule, fee or timing in our guides links to the official source it comes from.

3. Enquiries and our services

When you send an enquiry, we contact you about your requirements. Our brokerage services, including any fee, are agreed with you in writing before we start, and that agreement governs them.

4. Content and our name

The website’s design, text, photos and videos, and the FindCommercial name and logo, belong to FindCom Real Estate LLC or to those who have licensed them to us. You are welcome to share links to our pages; please ask us before reusing anything else.

5. YouTube and other services

Videos on this website are hosted by YouTube and play only when you choose to watch one. When you do, the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy apply.

We manage our own YouTube channel using YouTube API Services. By using any of our features that rely on YouTube API Services, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. How we handle the data involved, and how access can be removed, is set out in our Privacy Policy.

Links to other websites, maps and messaging apps such as WhatsApp are there for your convenience, and their own terms apply.
