FindCom Real Estate LLC (“FindCommercial”, “we”) operates findcommercial.ae. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, why, and your choices.

What we collect

• Information you give us when you send an enquiry or list a property: your name, phone number, email (optional), company, requirements and message.
• How you found us: if you arrive from an advertisement, the campaign details and click identifier provided by Google or Meta.
• Usage data: anonymous analytics on pages visited, collected with Google Analytics.

How we use it

• To respond to your enquiry and send you properties that match your requirements.
• To arrange viewings and, for owners, to market your property.
• To measure and improve our website and advertising.

We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

Enquiries are stored in our customer management system and seen only by our brokers. We may share your details with a landlord or seller when you ask us to arrange a viewing or make an offer. Service providers that host our systems and analytics process data on our behalf.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to serve you and meet our legal and regulatory obligations as a licensed brokerage.

YouTube

We publish videos on our own YouTube channel through YouTube API Services, using a sign-in Google gives us for that channel. With it we upload our videos, manage their titles, descriptions, thumbnails and playlists, and read the channel’s own figures (views, likes and comment counts). We do not use it to collect information about the people who watch our videos.

• YouTube API Services are provided under the YouTube Terms of Service, which apply to our use of them.
• Google’s use of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.
• The sign-in is kept encrypted on our servers and is never shared or sold. Records of our uploads are kept for no more than 30 days.
• Besides disconnecting YouTube in our own systems, which deletes this data at once, access can be removed at any time in the Google account’s security settings. We check every day, and delete the stored sign-in and the YouTube data we keep about the channel as soon as we find access removed — always within 30 days.
